Central Coast Rentals began as a grassroots Facebook group — a place where local renters, private landlords and property managers could connect directly, swap advice and share off-market rentals. Within a few years it grew into one of the largest local rental communities on the coast, now with more than 22,000 members.
It became clear that renters and landlords both wanted a faster, more transparent way to find and fill rentals on the Central Coast. So we built this website as the group's official hub — combining the reach of the community with the structure and professionalism of a trusted real estate brand.
